PT. Celine Teknologi Kreasi (Picel Media Group) looking for someone who are passionate in digital and technology world, while can manage content creator team to ensure great output in multiple social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Becoming a right-hand person of the owner.
- Creating content calendar and resources planner.
- Directing content creator team and ensuring the content delivered and met brand’s expectations.
- Hands-on in the video production, from scripting, video taking & editing, until finalization & publishing process.
- Providing strategies and segregation plan between social media platforms to ensuring uniqueness and freshness between different platform (Youtube, Tiktok, IG, Reels, etc.)
- Conducting Monthly Report to owner and reporting performance, including the next steps required.
Qualifications
- Preferably Male
- Age between 28 to 35 y.o.
- Experience in content creating min 2 years.
- Great time-management skills and can create time-management tools.
- Have a good leadership skills and manage the team.
- Creative & have a continuous improvement mentality.
- Required to expert in content creating tools such as Final Cut Pro or Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop).

Working days & time: Monday – Friday & 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
